Ron Satija represents creditors, trustees, committees, businesses, and individuals in bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation. He also represents parties in bankruptcy planning, as well as formulating cost-effective bankruptcy alternatives. These representations include devising strategies to target or dispose of distressed assets, complex debt restructurings, corporate dissolutions, and counseling financially distressed companies.
Ron is also a court-appointed fiduciary serving the Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Texas as a Chapter 7 Trustee as well as Chapter 11 Liquidating Trustee. In this capacity, he liquidates bankruptcy estate assets, including but not limited to real property, business interests, inventory, accounts receivable, and litigation claims. He is also available to act as a receiver in state and federal receiverships.
